Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Prism Drip Jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and certificates. Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@prismdripjewelry.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. Please contact us at support@prismdripjewelry.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
